We are a small family and took on the adventure of Larchwood Croft in 2020.
Our croft is located on the Ardnamurchan peninsula in the Scottish Highlands. The area is called Scotstown and is located near the old lead mines in Strontian.
Alongside the croft is a small river called Allt na Meinne (stream of the mine) which runs down the River Strontian into Loch Sunart to join the Atlantic Ocean.
Surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife, it is the perfect place to go outdoors, cycling, wild swimming, or just enjoy a local forestry walk. 

We all worked hard in the past 2 years and we were able to welcome some new additions to our family with 1 dog, 2 pigs, 2 geese, 7 chickens, and 3 sheep. The future will be packed with more experience, definitely stronger muscles, a bit more knowledge and hopefully less rain.
This is our opportunity to show and share, experience, knowledge, ideas and projects with others who would like to do the same.
